Create & publish a build‑a‑box bundle

1. Start a new bundle from a template 0:00

• In the app, click Create Bundle from the left panel.
• Start with a template and choose Build-a-Box.
• The editor is designed to feel similar to Shopify's editor for easier navigation.

2. Understand the editor layout 0:30

• The top toolbar includes the desktop/mobile preview toggle, Preview, Save changes, and Publish/unpublish controls.
• The center canvas updates in real time as you make changes.
• The left and right panels control bundle structure and styling.

3. Add a Build Your Box step 1:01

• Click Steps to manage the bundle flow.
• Select the Build Your Box step to edit its settings.
• Rename the step - e.g. Cookie Box.
• Choose the product source as Collection.
• Click Pick a Collection and select your collection from Shopify.

4. Configure the product grid layout 2:17

• Adjust how many product cards appear per row.
• Use the styling panel to change colors, card radius, button radius, and cards per row for desktop and mobile.
• Recommended setup in the demo: Desktop: 3 cards per row, Mobile: Automatic.
• You can also change the card size when using automatic mode.

5. Set step behavior and product selection rules 4:17

• Allow customers to select multiple products so they can build a box.
• Keep the step required so they must complete it.
• Leave the quantity selector on so customers can add multiple of the same item.
• Leave quantity limits blank for now.
• Set products per page to blank so everything displays in one grid instead of a Load More button.

6. Customize customer-facing text and helper content 7:03

• Update the instruction text - e.g. Pick as many cookie flavors as you desire!
• Rename the review label - e.g. Review your cookie box.
• Leave Skip this step off for a build-a-box flow.
• Leave variant/details and dropdown options off if your products don't need them.
• Add a tooltip - title: Pick your favorites; body: Add as many as you would like. You can add more than one of your favorite flavors to the box.
• Optionally add a Learn More button if needed.

7. Add a banner image for branding 11:14

• Add a banner image to make the bundle feel more branded.
• Copy the image URL from Shopify Files and paste it into the banner image field.
• Optional, but it creates a stronger visual experience for customers.

8. Configure bundle-level settings 12:58

• Name the bundle clearly (e.g. CookieBox) for easier tracking and analytics.
• You can optionally assign the bundle to a specific Shopify page.
• In the demo, the bundle is added using the bundle ID in the Shopify editor.

9. Set the build-a-box pricing structure 13:57

• Choose the discount type Build a Box.
• Add box sizes and fixed prices - e.g. 6 cookies = $10, 12 cookies = $18.
• You can add more sizes later, such as 24 for larger bundles.
• Leave minimum and maximum item limits blank for now.
• Leave the step progress style as the default.
• Set the cart property name (e.g. cookie box).
• Leave product-page display and pre-selection options turned off.

10. Add upsell add-ons to increase AOV 17:29

• Create an add-on group - e.g. Baked Goods.
• Set the trigger products to All items in the step.
• Add suggested add-ons such as a blueberry muffin or chocolate brownie.
• Set the pop-up title - e.g. Get Our Best-Selling Baked Goods.
• The extra discount option is optional - the demo leaves it off.
• Click Done when finished.

11. Save and publish the bundle 19:47

• Click Save changes, then Publish so the bundle goes live.
• Copy the bundle ID from the bundle settings for use in Shopify.

12. Add the bundle to a Shopify page 20:08

• Open the Shopify theme editor and click Add a section.
• Under Apps, choose Presto Bundles.
• Paste the bundle ID into the field.
• Save the page and preview the bundle on the storefront.

13. Review the live bundle and adjust width if needed 21:23

• Check the live bundle layout.
• If the content feels too narrow or text is cut off, return to the app editor.
• Increase the width - e.g. from 1200px to 1400px.
• Save again and refresh the storefront to confirm.

14. Test the customer experience 22:48

• Add items to the box and watch the pricing update in real time.
• The bundle shows progress toward the fixed-price thresholds (e.g. 6 for $10, 12 for $18).
• The UI shows how many more items are needed to unlock the next box size.
• Review the box and confirm the add-on pop-up appears - customers can accept or decline add-ons before adding the bundle to cart.

15. Restrict to exact box sizes 25:06

• Return to the bundle settings and turn on Restrict to exact box sizes.
• Save changes and refresh the storefront.
• Customers must now hit the exact box thresholds to unlock the fixed price - no partial box pricing.
